- We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations.
- Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Bauble Sky is not responsible for incorrect addresses listed on purchase orders.

- Buyers are responsible for the additional shipping costs of re-shipped orders. Additionally, Bauble Sky is not responsible for the shipping cost of returned orders.
ORDER & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

- Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

- Bauble Sky assumes no responsibility for delays caused by customs procedures or issues with postal services.
- It is crucial to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
- In cases where a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address or other reasons, we will attempt to contact the customer to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-sending the package.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
- In the rare event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact our customer support team to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-sending the package.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Please note that all international orders are unavailable for returns & exchanges.
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Return and exchange accepted within: 21 days of delivery with original receipt.

- Ship items back within: 7 days from return or exchange approval date.
- Request an order cancellation within: 1 hours of purchase.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
- Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective at receiving, we can't accept for:
- Engraving, Custom or Personalized orders .
- Items on FINAL SALE or under "Sale" category.
Conditions of return
- All items must be returned the same as the UNWORN & ORIGINAL NEW CONDITION of each item including packing materials and a receipt.
- If the item is not returned in its original new condition including packing materials, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a return label is provided. (Return label is provided if items are damaged upon receiving.)
Follow the packing and return instructions to ensure prompt service
- Please repack items in sturdy packaging.
- Please include a copy of your packing slip in the return packaging.
- If you do not have your packing slip, check your email and reprint the invoice or receipt. Enclosing the information of your purchase helps us expedite your return.
- A tracking number of the return package is required as a proof of return. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number.
How Do I return an item you received as a gift?
- If you have the original receipt, we can credit the original payment method after the return package is arrived.
How to exchange?

- Inform us of the item(s) you want to exchange to reserve them due to limited quantity.
- Any price difference will be processed as a refund or charged accordingly.
- Buyers are responsible for the return and re-sending shipping costs.
- Send us the item(s) you wish to exchange.
- Upon receiving the item(s), your exchange item will be shipped shortly.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
- Refund usually takes 3~14 business days from the day we receive the original item. The processing duration can vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
- We'll issue the refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned to your original payment method. If the order total is less than $35 (the condition for FREE SHIPPING) due to the return of item(s), a charge of $4.50 will be deducted, and the rest of the original amount will be refunded.
