RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please note that all international orders are unavailable for returns & exchanges.

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Return and exchange accepted within: 21 days of delivery with original receipt.

Conditions of return

All items must be returned the same as the UNWORN & ORIGINAL NEW CONDITION of each item including packing materials and a receipt.
If the item is not returned in its original new condition including packing materials, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless a return label is provided. (Return label is provided if items are damaged upon receiving.)

Any price difference will be processed as a refund or charged accordingly.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refund usually takes 3~14 business days from the day we receive the original item. The processing duration can vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
We'll issue the refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned to your original payment method. If the order total is less than $35 (the condition for FREE SHIPPING) due to the return of item(s), a charge of $4.50 will be deducted, and the rest of the original amount will be refunded.
