Refund policy
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
- Contact us within: 30 days of delivery
- Ship items back within: 7 days from return or exchange approval date
- Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale or under "Sale" category.
Conditions of return
- All items must be returned the same as the ORIGINAL NEW CONDITION of each item including packing materials and a receipt.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a return label. If the item is not returned in its original new condition including packing materials, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- Refunds are issued within 3–14 business days after we receive your return.
Please follow the packing and return instructions to ensure prompt service
- Please repack items in sturdy packaging
- Please include a copy of your packing slip in the packaging
- If you do not have your packing slip, check your email and reprint the invoice or receipt. Enclosing the information of your purchase helps us expedite your return.
- A tracking number of the return package is required as a proof of return. Please notify us at baublesky@gmail.com along with your order number.
